By downloading, installing, or using the SwingCoach app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
SwingCoach is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze golf swings based on video recordings. The Service provides feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Important: SwingCoach is a training tool and does not replace professional golf instruction. The advice provided is general and based on AI analysis.
Your Data
Your privacy is important to us:
- All videos are stored locally on your device
- Videos are automatically deleted when you uninstall the app
- You retain full ownership of all videos you record
- We do not have access to your videos
User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Only record videos of yourself or people who have given consent
- Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the Service
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Keep your login credentials confidential
Intellectual Property
All rights to the SwingCoach app, including design, code, AI models, and content, belong to SwingCoach or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal use.
You retain all rights to the videos you record. Your videos remain on your device and are never transferred to us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Analysis results will be 100% accurate
- Using the Service will improve your golf game
SwingCoach is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injuries from training.
Subscription and Payment
Some features may require a paid subscription. For paid services:
- Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
- You can cancel anytime via your app store settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google policies
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete the app at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably before being brought before Norwegian courts.
